Why You Need
Our Services?
National policy
to reduce child and adult exposure to lead was created in the 1992
federal law commonly called Title X. Its formal name is the Residential
Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992. As of January 2002,
Title X requires the reduction of lead hazards in any federally
assisted housing project.
